Dr. Cantrelle was born in Metairie, Louisiana, and grew up in Chalmette. After graduating from Holy Cross High School and completing undergraduate coursework at Louisiana State University, Dr. Cantrelle earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the LSU School of Dentistry in 2002. In addition to golfing, running and avidly supporting the LSU football team, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Dr. Faust graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia in 2004 and her dental degree at the LSU School of Dentistry in 2009. Her hobbies include travelling, running and working out.
Dr. Jose Figueroa graduated from Archbishop Rummel High School in New Orleans and received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. He then earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Figueroa is married and has a son. He loves Camaros, working out, fast food and spending time with his family.
Dr. Jenny Herman grew up in West Monroe, Louisiana. She attended West Monroe High School, then earned a Bachelors in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University. Dr. Herman received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and fishing.
Dr. Lacoste was born and raised in the New Orleans area. After graduating high school from The New Orleans Academy in 1972, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 1980.
Dr. Lacoste is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the New Orleans Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He always finds time to be with family and friends, and enjoys fishing and playing music.
Dr. Ashley Lestrade is originally from Fairhope, Alabama, but has settled in Louisiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, graduating in 2006 as a University Medalist with a 4.0 GPA. Dr. Lestrade subsequently earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and Orthodontic credentials from LSU Dental School. She received the International College of Dentists Leadership Award as a graduating senior dental student and the Jerome Hebert Award for Achievement as a first-year resident. Dr. Lestrade is married and has two daughters. She enjoys spending her spare time playing with the children and going to the zoo.
Dr. Kimberly Luminais was born in Shreveport. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, majoring in biological sciences and minoring in sociology. She then earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Luminais is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the New Orleans Dental Association. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, cooking and reading.
Dr. Joseph Marino is a native New Orleanian, who attended Jesuit High School (1969), received his undergraduate degree at the University of New Orleans, and his doctorate from LSU School of Dentistry (1979). He is married with four children, and enjoys boating, fishing and all outdoor activities. Dr. Marino loves his chosen calling of dentistry, especially doing Cerec “same-day crowns” and cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Matherne was born in Lockport, Louisiana, in the heart of Lafourche Parish. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of New Orleans in 1995 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry in 1998. He also performed a General Practice Residency in the United States Navy in 1999 and went on to receive his certificate in Endodontics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2007. Dr. Matherne served 10 years active duty as a Navy Dental Officer, with deployments to Spain and Guam. He is a big fan of LSU and Saints football.
Dr. McMillen graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1966, then served as a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corps from 1966-1968. He earned a Masters of Science in Dentistry from OSU in 1970, and was a clinical assistant professor there. Dr. McMillen also served as assistant professor at LSU from 1970-1973. He entered private practice in Prosthodontics in 1971. Dr. McMillen has a number of varied interests and professional affiliations outside of dentistry, including singing in the New Orleans Opera Chorus and membership and achievements in the American Quarter Horse Association. Dr. McMillen is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, and the Northshore Dental Association.
